Taking the time to thoroughly evaluate each patient’s needs is vital to identifying the most effective and appropriate plan of care. Lost Mountain Chiropractic services include:

• Complete Health History and Physical Examination to evaluate current level of health.
  
• Radiological Evaluation: If deemed medically necessary, new patients do not automatically receive x-rays
  
• Patient history, chief complaint and previous skeletal radiographs will be evaluated to ascertain if x-rays are medically necessary. If they are, then protective shielding is used to avoid adverse health effects.

Methods of Payment
Health Insurance: Lost Mountain Chiropractic is a provider for many insurance
carriers. If eligible, we will file your claims directly with your insurance company.

Medicare: Lost Mountain Chiropractic is a point of service provider for Medicare.

Private Pay: For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Check Cards.
